Cut PVC coil car mat with CNC blade cutting accroding the CAD design in computer, instead of laser cutting carpet. Compare with Laser cutting, it have below advantage:
1. Laser cutting will have black edage, it is hard to remove the black burn edge.
Our CNC balde cutting machine is cold cutting, use blade, no black edge.
2. Laser cutting will have bad niff, the operator do not want working in the bad condition, hard to hire operator.
Our machine use blade cutting, no bad gas, no burn, in good working condition, it is skill working, the opertor will like job. Good to find and keep the operator.
3. Laser cutting wil have high temperature, the carpet material will easy have edge curl, the composite material will get fire.
